The Regional Sales Manager lead their team of Sales Executives in the selling of specific online advertising and marketing solutions to potential law firm customers. The Regional Sales Manager will direct their team to achieve successful attainment of their sales goals monthly. About the Role In this opportunity as Regional Sales Manager, FindLaw - NTO you will: Maximize total new sales growth by promoting the sale of industry leading online and print products through outbound sales efforts using a solutions-based sales approach Recruit, coach and develop an effective team of Sales Executives capable of delivering new sales quotas and driving key product sales through new customer acquisition. Leads sales representatives in pipeline management including forecasting revenue accurately and implementing effective growth and staging strategies. Utilizes metrics, a rigorous sales process and coaching to create sales excellence Collaborates by building effective partnerships with sales leadership and internal support teams such as marketing, commercial excellence, human resources and finance Consistently utilizes CRM systems and operational data and reports to drive decision making, identify and respond to issues and provide innovative and creative solutions to solve problems. About You You're a fit for the role of Regional Sales Manager, FindLaw - NTO if your background includes: Bachelor's degree REQUIRED, MBA or JD preferred 8+ years' experience in sales 5+ years' experience in sales management Experience with digital marketing products REQUIRED Excellent leadership skills with a focus on driving accountability and building an empowered, highly effective management team Strategic thinking skills; effective account planning, sales negotiation and closing skills Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, rapidly changing technology environment, and to complete multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of legal markets, legal information needs and online legal products preferred What's in it For You?
