This recruitment offers a $5,000 Recruitment Incentive to eligible new employees joining UW Medicine OPPORTUNITY Harborview Medical Center – Radiology has an outstanding opportunity for a RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST, NUCLEAR MEDICINE II (PART-TIME, DAYS) WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
Reports to the department supervisor and receives general direction from the supervisor and assigned Nuclear Medicine Lead.
Perform complex clinical diagnostic examinations such as lymphoscintography, treadmill cardiac perfusion, and pharmacologic stress cardiac perfusion, and provide expertise to support nuclear medicine clinical services.
Tailors examinations to individual patient in collaboration with physician.
Under general direction, exercise advanced technical knowledge in a specific area of expertise such as clinical computer application or examination protocol development in the field of nuclear medicine, and provide work direction to others in area of expertise. WHAT’S NEEDED?
Certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board or registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Nuclear Medicine AND two years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist IOR
equivalent education/experience. LICENSE REQUIRED Certification as a Radiologic Technologist - Nuclear Medicine in the State of Washington. ABOUT US We’re on a mission.
