*POSITION TITLE: * Project Manager
DEPARTMENT: Project Management
LOCATION: Seattle, Washington
SALARY RANGE: $90,000 to $140,000

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Nationally recognized environmental remediation contractor in need of an experienced and qualified Project Manager to support our project in Seattle, Washington.
The daily work activities/responsibilities will include:
- Overall responsibility of the job site which includes all engineering and construction activities
- Project staffing and scheduling
- Conducting all progress meetings
Monitor actual costs in the field
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE NEEDED: Must have minimum 5 years' of experience working on remedial construction projects involving the following work activities:
- In-Situ Solidification/Stabilization
- Site Remediation
- Demolition of Surface/Subsurface Structures
- Dredging
Impacted Soil/Material Transportation and Disposal
SALARY/BENEFITS:
An employee's salary is based on commensurate experience and other qualifications. Extensive company provided benefit package includes medical, dental, prescription, 401k, profit sharing, and pension plan.
