Seattle Colleges Project Manager - Infrastructure in Seattle, Washington

Seattle Colleges District Office is looking to hire a Project Manager for Workforce Infrastructure in Workforce Development

*Salary Range for this position is $58,632 -$80,968 annually *(depending on experience).

Position Summary

The Project Manager for Workforce Education will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects related to infrastructure, program, and process development for the Seattle Colleges Workforce & Economic Development division.

This position will also support administrative and grant/contract development and maintenance functions for the department, including but not limited to Pro-Card management, meeting scheduling and recordkeeping for workforce councils and committees, and coordination of state grant proposals such as Worker Retraining and Perkins funding.

This position is funded through grants and contracts from federal, state, and local funders. The portfolio of projects assigned to this role will therefore change on an annual or bi-annual basis. The position will contribute to the maintenance of sustainable funding for the work of the department, in collaboration with the district Workforce Development team.

This position is full-time, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, primarily 8:00am-5:00pm.

This position works a hybrid schedule of both remote and on-site work.

This position is governed by a collective bargaining agreement with representation by AFT-SPS.
