The Project Management & Continuous Improvement Specialist, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will provide administrative and organizational support, manage complex problem-solving situations, and drive process improvements for the Prototype Security team. The Specialist is responsible for delivering project management office-style support services, facilitating communication, and leading continuous process improvement initiatives. Essential Functions:
- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and inquiries under tight deadlines.
- Develop mechanisms to streamline project management team communication channels.
- Support small team projects with 1:1 project management support.
- Provide administrative and organizational support for complex projects.
- Ensure optimum service delivery and efficiencies are achieved through effective project management.
- Proactively identify process gaps and make suggestions for improvement in service delivery outcomes.
- Update and implement standards, policies, and procedures for prototype device security.
- Accurately and consistently document and communicate process changes.
- Drive consistency in process delivery across the Prototype Security team.
- Facilitate open team discussions to identify improvement opportunities.
- Perform process analysis, requirement gathering, and implement streamlined workflows.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to optimize process flows.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field with two years in role that required significant attention to detail, teamwork, and complex problem-solving. - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
- PMP certification, preferred.
- Knowledge of program management office development, preferred.
- Exposure to the consumer electronics industry or manufacturing/distribution of physical hardware, preferred.
- Understanding of statistics and data visualization.
- High-frequency and large-scale project management and documentation skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in process mapping, analysis, and optimization techniques.
- Able to partner collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Able to work independently with little supervision.
- Attentive to detail and accuracy.
- Able to analyze complex situations and recommend solutions.
- Effective independent judgment and decision-making ability.

- Adaptable to learning new software, databases, tools, and techniques.
- Computer skills; Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Asana, Microsoft Projects, and Jira.
