Job Information
Amazon Program Manager, LeeP in Seattle, Washington
Description
The Low ASP Economics and Experiences (LeeP) team is looking for a Program Manager to help expand the Virtual Multipack (VMP) program. VMP bundles existing products with themselves to create custom pack sizes, removing the need to create corresponding physical hard bundles. VMP enables Retail teams to drive pack hierarchy strategies to reduce cost-to-serve through consolidation with multi-unit shipments and primarily addresses pack size gaps for <$25 selection that customers frequently purchase in multiples. Typically, VMP is offered as a pack size variant of the base ASIN, allowing us to utilize the search relevance, reviews, and price matching rules of the base ASIN for the VMP. However, there is also flexibility to suppress the base ASIN in cases where the single pack offer is LTFCF negative.
In this role, the Program Manager works closely with Category Leaders, Business Operations Specialists, Selection Managers, Vendor Managers, and vendors to leverage VMPs in to drive growth and savings across Low ASP categories. The Program Manager will work closely with Economists, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Program Managers to create these VMPs and manage the business. They will also track and communicate the status of associated financial goals.
The Program Manager is a business owner who understands key levers to drive VMP growth and deep-dive projects through completion. This individual embodies ownership and has a track record of driving projects to completion.
