The Washington INCLUDE Collaborative operates as part of the Clinical Training Unit (CTU). The CTU is part of the Center on Human Development and Disability (IHDD). INCLUDE currently has four funded projects representing approximately $560,000 in annual funding. INCLUDE Leadership anticipates the number of projects to increase.

The ECHO Team seeks a 50% Program Coordinator who is passionate about coordinating complex projects, impeccably detail oriented, highly professional, and a creative problem solver.

The Program Coordinator will perform both project management and administrative functions and must work closely, and effectively communicate with faculty, staff, funders, and partner organizations. A successful candidate will bring a high level of organization, excellent communication skills, and an acute ability to diagnose problems and proactively develop solutions to address them. The position will perform a crucial role on the ECHO Team across a wide array of operational responsibilities including participant recruitment, communications, and clinic scheduling.

The mission of the Washington INCLUDE Collaborative is to improve care and quality of life for people and families impacted by autism and IDD across Washington State. The program focuses on building workforce capacity to care for people and families in their home communities. This position will oversee and coordinate efforts across multiple projects with varying partners and funding sources to accomplish the overall INCLUDE mission.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment and participant engagement (cold calls and follow-up phone calls)

Independently create and disseminate marketing material and purchasing incentives. Develop Zoom/Box tutorials and train each new participant. Create/send invites for both outlook and mass email platforms.

Collect and track ECHO Data

Data entry into the iECHO database; generating monthly clinic reports; tracking CME and MOC; creating and sending CME/post-clinic surveys; organizing the Box folder for participants and hub team. Coordinating ECHO clinics to interpret data and make any changes to existing programs.

Clinic setup/breakdown

Host clinic sessions; ensure participants and hub team have the appropriate clinic materials prior to clinics; troubleshoot technical issues; facilitate questions/comments in the chat box; record and store all clinic videos; serve as the point person for participants.

Participate in team meetings

Participate and lead ECHO team meetings.

Organize case presentations

Send case presentation forms to participants. Scrub case presentation forms for Protected Health Information (PHI); Support hub team in formatting didactic presentations; upload case presentation and recommendations into Box; organize hub team recommendations and send to participants; organize participant resources.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR Equivalent education/experience.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Personal or professional experience with children with special needs. • Experience with online learning • Bachelors Degree in Arts and Sciences
