Amazon Product Marketing Manager, Seller Success Programs in Seattle, Washington
Description
Independent sellers generate approximately 60% of sales in Amazon stores, and each year we spend billions of dollars to improve their experience with services, programs, and tools designed to make running an online business a profitable, sustainable enterprise for sellers of all sizes—from multi-national brands to small businesses down the street.
We’re looking for an experienced marketer and self-motivated individual, with experience driving the strategic development and execution of outbound communications, primarily through email marketing.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing our outbound communication strategy to drive the recruitment of new sellers and the adoption of seller-facing products and services. Our ideal candidate has a high sense of ownership and a strong expertise in email marketing and analytics. This role requires a creative, customer-centric individual that is able to develop and deliver end-to-end personalized journeys to help increase the velocity in which we move sellers through the funnel and accelerate seller growth throughout their lifecycle.

• Create, own and execute an outbound communication strategy to drive new seller growth
• Manage stakeholder relationships (e.g. Sales, Product, Tech) to define business requirements, achieve goal alignment and drive adoption
• Partner with marketing resources to ensure we deliver engaging, best-in class campaign content to Amazon sellers
• Leverage data and insights to optimize campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement at the campaign and program level to drive ROI
• Conduct regular audits to ensure all automated emails follow best practices and are compliant with CAN-SPAM regulations, data privacy policies, Amazon legal policies
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
Pardot certified

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
