Outreach Corporation Product Marketing Analyst, Business Intelligence in Seattle, Washington

*Job Duties: *

Support the product managers with building out the value metrics for the three main business units in the company.  Use snowflake and tableau to build out reports for all the feature releases and do A/B testing for those feature releases.  

Support the analytical engineers to build out the plan for building out the most effective data models and architecture for product data using the tool DBT (data build tool) that essentially builds out the tables/warehouses in snowflake.

Perform high-impact analysis like correlation of features with churn and retention of customers.  Use Python to do the logistic regression to find out the most statistical significant features for specific types of persona retention or customer retention.

Run in sprints to do ad-hoc analytics for product manager, product marketing managers for day-to-day need like supporting monthly product reviews or quarterly product reviews.

Collaborate with the content marketing teams to publish the most effective usage of the product along with stats to support the win rates that customers are experiencing by using Outreach.

Be a supporting hand in product strategy discussions with the president of product and brainstorm ideas for the success of the features and customers.

 

Requirements:

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 2 years of experience in the job offered, or a related occupation.

Must possess education, training, or experience in the following skills: DBT, Tableau, Snowflake, Python, Slack, Jira, Lucidchart, Visual Studio Code, SQL.
