Job Title: Product Designer
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of Envoy's web application, focusing on enterprise and growth.
- Conduct research and monitor experimental data to drive product strategy, improve usability, and meet business goals.
- Create storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to explore ideas and communicate concepts and interactions.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to build products and features that are well designed and provide a great user experience while solving important business needs.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform your design work, running user research and validating potential product changes.
- Help grow the design team by helping hire and mentor other designers.
- Build the Envoy Design brand throughout the company and the wider design community by writing blogs, running events, sharing work on social media sites, and more.
Develop and maintain a standardized set of design principles, guidelines, and components to ensure visual consistency across products and platforms.
*Minimum Requirements: *
Position requires Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Industrial design, Engineering, Architecture, Psychology, or a related field and 4 years of experience as a Product Designer, Web and Digital Interface Designer, Designer, or related
Alternatively, position requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Industrial design, Engineering, Architecture, Psychology, or a related field and 6 years of experience as a Product Designer, Web and Digital Interface Designer, Designer, or related occupation.
Must possess knowledge or experience of the following skills:
(1) Visual/UI design skills on web and native mobile, including layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and animation/motion
(2) User experience design skills: understanding of information architecture, multi-step, and cross-platform flows
(3) Product-thinking skills: understanding of how your designs support your user's goals, your team's goals, the broader product vision, and company objectives
(4) Qualitative and quantitative research experience which inform user centered design work

Compensation Description
Envoy's compensation package includes market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, and great benefits. If you are located in Seattle, Washington, our expected cash compensation for this role is $170K-$190K (Annually). Final offers may vary within the range provided based on experience, expertise, and other factors.
