* Job Duties:

 

  • The Customer Solutions Manager interacts with and assists customers that are implementing Vouched, and works across the company to share key learnings and inform product direction. The Product Manager role drives key product initiatives enabling customers to efficiently review and verify identity documents. 
  • Interact directly with customers to understand and support integration needs. 
  • Provide technical insights into customer challenges, areas of growth, and innovation. 
  • Identify barriers slowing adoption, and critical advances that will accelerate integration, customer satisfaction, and speed to launch. 
  • Work with the sales team for technical related inquiries. 
  • Leveraging knowledge from customer implementations, work with cross functional teams; including Leadership, Engineering, UX, and ML to deliver amazing customer-focused product features for web and mobile solutions. 
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership to refine the Product Strategy. Leverage knowledge from customer implementations and end-user product interactions to recommend and actively participate in Product Roadmap development and prioritization. 
  • Draft technical requirements and specifications for proposed solutions. 
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to deliver solutions given time, technology, and resource constraints. Provide suggestions of how to accelerate work to get to market faster. 
  • Define and manage key metrics needed to determine if solutions are successful, require iteration, or should be shelved. 
  • Lead data partnership analysis and provide thoughtful recommendations considering cost, value add and time to market. 
  • Develop example code and use-case specific documentation. 
  • Build product requirements and technical designs documents. 
  • Draft product documentation for customer and sales team use. 
  • Draft initial product marketing by vertical and use case. 

     

Requirements: 

 

Education: Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closely related field. 

 

This position requires 3 years of product manager experience in technical client-facing role, working with high-scale customers in B2B SaaS, finance, or healthcare areas. 

 

This position also requires 3 years of experience in each of the following: 

 

  • Creating product requirement documents (PRDs) that clearly outline product features and requirements, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. 
  • Gathering and analyzing customer and market feedback, translating into requirements and functional specifications and stories. 
  • Applying Agile/Scrum development practices. 
  • Setting product priorities, managing and communicating trades. 
  • Analyzing data sets by using data mining or machine learning techniques.        
  • Web applications, SaaS; SDKs for web; Mobile web; and Data science algorithms 
  • SQL. 
  • Python or NodeJS/TS. 

     

This is a telecommuting position that may be performed anywhere in the United States. 

 

Hours: 40 hours per week 

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year
