WORK SCHEDULE: • Full-time, 100% FTE Monday- Friday 830am- 500pm

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION The Specialty Clinics is a multi-specialty outpatient clinic that serves our Harborview Mission population. With both medical and surgical specialties co-located in a shared clinic space, clinic staff work within a muti-disciplinary team consisting, but not limited to, attending and resident providers, APPs, pharmacists, social workers, and respiratory therapy. The patients served by our specialty services range from individuals seeking one-time consults to those needing long term complex case management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery REQUIREMENTS
High school graduation or equivalent AND
One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR
