Providence St. Joseph Health Occupational Therapist - Pediatric Outpatient in Seattle, Washington

Description The pediatric rehabilitation services occupational therapist delivers and supervises others in the delivery of services to children, birth to 18 years old. Services provided upon referral include evaluations, developing individual treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes, implementation of the treatment program, reassessment of treatment results and discharge planning. Services are delivered within the framework of a team approach, appropriate disciplines, and family centered, involving family, caregivers and patient. These services are delivered in compliance with ethical standards, policies and procedures, national and professional standards, state practice acts for occupational therapists, and current accepted state of the art practice. Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric rehabilitation professional experience as an OT preferred, but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience.
