*About the Position: *Performs as Manpower & Management Branch Team Lead responsible for planning, directing, and executing the District Manpower Management program.
Duties
- Develops, coordinates, and executes the District Manpower Management Program in accordance with Dept. of the Army and US Army Corps of Engineers policies.
- Works with officials at all organizational levels within the Seattle District to improve working relationships; to establish, clarify and disseminate information concerning management services.
- Responsible for the District Manager's Internal Control Program (MICP).
- Serves as Manpower and Management Branch team leader.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes planning, directing, and executing a manpower management program; analyzing workload and workforce forecast data, resource utilization data, and historical trend data; integrating manpower and financial management systems; and preparing and presenting briefings to senior leaders. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
