Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of LTC geriatric experience preferred. Experience as a staff nurse with LTC. Supervisory experience with nursing assistants. Experience with an interdisciplinary team. 5 CENTER PRIMARY NURSE: Three to five years direct care experience; MDS/RAI Experience. Why Join Providence?
