Robert Half Litigation Paralegal in Seattle, Washington
Description
A midsized law firm in downtown Seattle is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support cases of general liability, toxic torts, employment, personal injury, professional liability and other defense matters.
The salary range is 65-85k plus additional bonus earnings. Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance (with employee's premiums fully paid by firm), 401k with employer match and additional profit-sharing contributions, flexible PTO and sick time, 11 paid holidays, transportation benefits and other perks.
The role offers hybrid work-from-home flexibility but does require some in-office presence.
Responsibilities include case management, drafting pleadings/discovery, investigation, interviewing witnesses/experts, document reviews, research, collecting and analyzing records and trial preparation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, a paralegal degree/certificate, and familiarity with billable timekeeping and a working knowledge of state and federal civil rules.
