Job Title: Laboratory Technician
Location: Seattle, WA
Pay Range: $ 20-23/hr (W2 Contract)
What’s the Job?
Product Development Support: Perform kitchen and bench-top tasks related to the development of Coffee and Coffee-based beverages.
Sample Preparation: Prepare samples and conduct powder mixology for product tastings and evaluations.
Stock Management: Manage inventory, ensuring proper storage and organization of materials and ingredients.
Collaborative Testing: Work closely with technicians, specialists, and product developers to carry out trials and tests.
Safety Compliance: Execute operations in accordance with Good Manufacturing and Laboratory Practices, ensuring safety and quality.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
2-3 years of laboratory experience, preferably in the food industry.
Strong understanding of laboratory techniques and procedures.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
