Jr Support Engineer BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Jr Support Engineer for an opportunity in Seattle WA - Onsite Position. Summary: * Position Title: Jr Support Engineer * Location: Seattle WA - Onsite Position * Expected Duration: 12 Months Job Type: Full Time (40 Hours), Contract - Onsite Job Responsibilities 1) Modify, maintain and validate business related configurations (such as catalog, ordering, billing, notifications, tax, payments, accounting, finance) to satisfy Kuiper business requirements. 2) Communicate with partner teams to ensure country specific configurations are in place and working. 3) Develop tools and automate manual operational tasks and easy maintenance of our services. 4) Read and understand complex application code and make code fixes to resolve support issues. Able to deliver software independently when needed. 5) Software deployment support in staging and production environments. 6) Build monitoring metrics dashboard, and report System health and Support status metrics.
