Additional Compensation Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour Dependent on Experience and Location of Role Potential 90-day performance-based raise Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure $100 Meal Credit to our onsite markets on first day of work Responsibilities Schedule 8:00am - 4:30pm with flexible start time Shifts will most likely include weekends and holidays The Role The Inventory Control Associate will be responsible for effectively manage inventory to ensure a high level of accuracy while minimizing shrink. Duties include driver check in, inspection of returned product, and a decision made for disposition of product. This position reports directly to the Quality Control Supervisor. Essential Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To Data management of virtual inventory counts Maintain awareness of market trends, technology, and food safety Working with a warehouse management system that includes RF scanning and Inventory Control techniques Recording inspection results, summarizing reworks, and shrink determinations Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Intermediate computer skills (MS Office) Good written and verbal communication skills Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and be self-motiviated to complete daily tasks with minimal supervision and multi-task Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to read/write/speak English Ability to work in a refrigerated environment 36-degrees Ability to work safely and professionally in a fast paced environment with frequent heavy equipment and pedestrian traffic Preferred Skills and Experience Pallet Jack/Forklift experience a plus Hear from Charlie's employees Supplemental Information This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration and if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.
