We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Inside Sales Project Analyst to join our dynamic Inside Sales CapEx team. In this role, you'll support the Service Special Projects and Building Controls Account Executive teams by managing customer requests, capital planning reports, and CRM pipeline opportunities. As a key contributor, you will ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and insightful solutions for equipment replacement, system assessments, and regulatory compliance. Acting as a vital link between the sales team and our customers, you'll play a critical role in building strong relationships, optimizing processes, and driving efficiency. Ensure Accurate and Timely Capital Planning Reports: Provide customers with detailed proposals for equipment replacement, system condition assessments, and compliance with upcoming legislative requirements. Own CRM Lead and Opportunity Management: Create, monitor, and manage CRM leads and opportunities, ensuring seamless tracking from lead generation through completion while maintaining accurate records. Lead Routine Sales Funnel Maintenance: Take charge of essential tasks such as customer outreach, proposal generation, and ongoing support for Account Executives. Support RFP Responses: Play a key role in responding to Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities, ensuring thorough and competitive submissions. Act as the Sales-Customer Liaison: Facilitate smooth communication between sales teams and customers, ensuring timely follow-ups on open opportunities, addressing customer inquiries, and
