Work you'll do

As a Project Delivery Specialist in the Technology group you will:

  • Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals

  • Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related, but not limited, to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations and Software Application Development & Maintenance

  • Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope

Our Technology team works with clients to help them develop custom software solutions, manage their applications and databases, and provide strategic recommendations to help them optimize their businesses' operations, processes, and performance.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to manage small engagements or work streams and multiple team members with confidence

  • Professional oral and written communication skills

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement

  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.

  • No limitation on sponsorship

  • Must be located in Seattle, WA

  • This compensation range is specific to Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $109,000 to $181,000

Preferred:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience

  • Prior professional services or government consulting experience

  • Bachelor's Degree
