Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry We are currently looking for a passionate HR Operations Administrator to join our growing HR Operations and Employee Experience team. In this role, you will provide administrative support for HR Operations including coordination of pre-hire and onboarding activities and front-line employee support for HR Operations functions (including Benefits, HR Systems and Employee Experience). Additionally, some responsibilities you will have include: Embody McKinstry's People First philosophy in every interaction with employees. Coordinate pre-employment, onboarding activities, and background check compliance. Assist with Leave of Absence paperwork processing. Accurately maintains employee records in HR systems and records. Assists with process documentation and workflow improvements. What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry 2+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on compliance, onboarding, and employment screening. Experience in HRIS systems, with Workday experience being a bonus. Experience coordinating leaves of absence is a plus. Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service. Maintains employee records with a high degree of accuracy. Demonstrated ability to proactively engage with employees in a way that gets to the core problem to be solved. Demonstrated understanding of process sufficient to allow for flexibility within the process. Observed demonstration of the proper amount of urgency and empathy while working with candidates and employees through their employee lifecycle. Observed demonstration of the use of good judgment in situations where there is not a clear black and white answer. Identifies opportunities for improvement and is an advocate for change. The pay range for this position is $25.49-$40.52 per hour; however, base pay offered my vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This is a non-exempt role and will be paid hourly. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
