Seattle Children’s Hospital Facilities Program Manager, Contracting and Analytics in Seattle, Washington

Responsibilities: Responsible for the care, custody, and control of contracts for Seattle Children's Facilities Business Unit. This includes negotiating, managing and the drafting of contract documents with vendors, consultants and third parties. Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and fostering proficient collaborative relationships including Children's Legal, Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Facilities Management, Sustainability, Safety, Regional Facilities Operations, Transportation, and PDC staff. Responsible for robust business relations with external stakeholders and outside professional partners, providing construction, architectural, engineering, design services. Strategically develop, implement, and optimize procurement processes based on best practice. Integrate organizational equity, diversity and inclusion goals into contracts and develop a best-in-class priority hire program in collaboration with other partners. Lead or assist with the creation or improvement of contract documents, forms, processes, and procedures. Ensure Facilities Business Unit policies and tools are up-to-date. Responsible for coaching department staff performing contract analysis and modeling, dashboard maintenance, and data validation. #LI-NC1 #LI-NC1 Requirements: Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Construction Administration, or a related field. Minimum five (5) years experience in hospital, public works construction contracting, or other relevant contracting experience with financial analysis. Required Credentials: Preferred: Masters degree in business administration or construction management and administration. Experience as the primary lead in contract negotiations with commercial and government organizations; experience working within a healthcare system environment. Experience with business applications, project management software programs, contract modeling tools; experience using Tableau. Experience in preparing rate proposals and financial analysis in support of rate negotiations. Min to Max Hourly Salary: $40.42 - $60.63 /hr Min to Max Annual Salary: $84,073.60 - $126,110.40 /yr Salary Information: This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
