Amazon Executive Assistant, Finance Operations Global Accounts Receivable [GAR] in Seattle, Washington

We are seeking an Executive Assistant who is driven, organized, resourceful, proactive, and customer-obsessed to support 2-3 Directors in Global Accounts Receivable (GAR). GAR is primarily supported from Seattle and Arlington (HQ2) and operationally executed from Support Center locations globally.
Key job responsibilities
• The support and planning of several key finance deliverables
• Develop and maintain a one stop shop system and process for all documentation both electronically and manually
• Complete a high volume of tasks and projects quickly with little guidance
• React with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround
• Manage complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items (including meeting notes and action items)
• Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner
• Coordinate global schedules and seamless meeting logistics, such as video conference and conference calls for internal and external meetings, staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, etc
• Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
• Document writing, editing, and readiness
• Ensure accurate archiving of departmental data on appropriate sites
• Management of team space, including moves and reconfiguration
• Expense reimbursement including report coordination, submission and issue tracking

About the team
Global Accounts Receivable is the operational finance department who manages the order to cash process.
The Global Accounts Receivables (GAR) mission is to contribute to funding the flywheel of Amazon’s virtuous cycle and future business expansion by optimizing the scale, speed, accuracy and productivity of Amazon’s Order-to-cash (O2C) value stream, while ensuring a positive interaction with our external customers (customers, vendors and resellers) and internal channel partners.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
High school or equivalent diploma
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience as an Executive Assistant
Bachelor's degree
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience working with large global teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
