What We DoCome join First American, where we recognize our true worth is our people. We are looking to add an Escrow Operations Scheduler - Remote to our growing team. In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting notary scheduling and overall order management. This role communicates with our users via the Snapdocs Scheduling platform and will function as a liaison between First American and our notary community. A top-notch Escrow Operations Scheduler will demonstrate excellent time management skills, is self-motivated and is passionate about providing positive experiences for our users. Some of your responsibilities will include: Scheduling notaries for in-person signing appointments Managing the communication between title, notaries, and consumers to ensure each signing is completed successfully and updating order details per instructions provided by our users Performing outbound customer communications via phone as time sensitive issues arise Collaborating with our users to resolve common issues that occur during the duration of a scheduling order and escalating to a Lead when necessary Providing phone and email support for our users About you: High school diploma required Requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of customer service experience Strong written & verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, stay focused and self-manage in a fast-paced team environment where change is prevalent Detail oriented Ability to learn new computer system applications Empathetic & patient; can see things from others perspective, especially when problems arise Positive with a natural drive to help people, must be customer service oriented Curious and have a learning mindset, eager for feedback Pay Range: $15.18 - $23.00 Hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
