Aerotek Electrical-Mechanical Assembly Technician in Seattle, Washington
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical-Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in high-traceability manufacturing, particularly in the aerospace, medical, or related fields. This role requires hands-on experience in electrical-mechanical assembly and final integration, as well as proficiency with precision torque, measurement, and inspection devices.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform electrical-mechanical assembly and final integration tasks.
Utilize precision torque, measurement, and inspection devices (e.g., automated and manual torque wrenches, torque drivers, calipers, micrometers, profilometers, optical inspection devices, multi-meters).
Work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Read, interpret, and work from blueprints or drawings.
Adhere to FOD, ESD sensitive hardware, and clean room requirements.
Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Adapt to rapidly changing roles and responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant high-traceability manufacturing experience (aerospace, medical, or related field).
2+ years of hands-on work experience in electrical-mechanical assembly and final integration.
1+ years of experience in a fast-paced production environment.
1+ years of hands-on experience with precision torque, measurement, and inspection devices, as well as standard hand tools.
Preferred Skills:
Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) and/or Avionics certification/license.
ASE certification and/or equivalent experience.
CFOT certification and/or equivalent experience.
1+ years of experience reading, interpreting, and working from blueprints or drawings.
Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware, and clean room requirements.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment.
Prior military service is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.25
