Description This is a part time position working 16 hours/week. The Transportation Coordinator picks up and delivers geriatric, frail and/or physically limited ElderPlace participants to and from their destinations in regular or specially equipped vehicles, depending upon the individual geriatric participants needs. Required Qualifications: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire. 5 years driving experience. Preferred Qualifications: Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. 2 years driving experience, which includes: Driving a large passenger van or small bus. 2 years of experience transporting people with special needs. 1 year experience in transporting individuals with special mobility needs.
