Acara Solutions Distribution Branch Manager in Seattle, Washington
Description Acara Solutions is seeking a Distribution Branch Manager to join our client located in South Seattle on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to oversee our distribution facility. This role is pivotal in managing financial performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a small team of up to three employees. The Branch Manager will be responsible for both operational and administrative duties, contributing to the facility's success. Salary: 80- 90K Bonus up to 10% Strong benefits Key Responsibilities: Drive financial performance and profitability of the branch. Foster strong customer relationships, primarily through phone and email communications. Train and mentor team members on company policies and operational procedures. Ensure compliance with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards. Perform administrative tasks including reporting and documentation. Collaborate on basic marketing initiatives, including advertising and market research. Qualifications: Proven experience in a managerial role within a distribution or industrial environment. Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and comfortable with technology. Strong understanding of P&L responsibilities and financial management. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: 3 yrs.
