What We Do What You'll Do: Develop, execute and manage a comprehensive digital strategy for 5 lines of business that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. Define, measure, and report the performance of all organic and paid marketing channels/campaigns; assess against ROI and KPI goals including customer acquisition and retention. Design and execute email strategy, including prospecting, retargeting, and email nurture campaigns. Ensure efficiency and optimization of the digital ecosystem through SEO and SEM. Maximize website presence ensuring content is up-to-date, experience is user-friendly, leverages bet practices and is SEO optimized. Implement and optimize marketing automation. Maintain, optimize and integrate marketing tech stack. Own and efficiently scale marketing spend, allocating investment appropriately and optimizing a blend of channels to hit growth targets efficiently, while still thinking long-term. Manage lead/customer segmentation strategy, ensuring we reach the right audience with the right message, at the right place and time. Mature the analytics function to include more robust A/B testing programs that support continual optimization and rapid test and learn mindset. Partner with key stakeholders in engineering, sales, product, and service to improve the online customer experience and present a cohesive, memorable brand. Make compelling business cases to expand marketing spend based on intelligent risk-taking. Develop and present performance summaries for leadership, identifying key areas of opportunity and risk. Stay up to date with digital trends and technologies and recommend new initiatives that will benefit the company's digital strategy. What You'll Bring: At least 5-7 years of marketing experience 2-3 years' experience in people manager role Bachelor's Degree or higher, with focus in marketing 5+ years of experience in demand generation Dedicated experience owning business outcomes for Marketing, and demonstrated success in driving initiatives to meet and surpass those outcomes Experience with marketing and sales development solutions such as SalesForce, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc. Adaptability, and comfort working within a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Creativity, innovation, and a love of experimentation Mindset Thinks big picture: Growth is holistic, expanding beyond just acquisition and performance marketing Experimental: Naturally curious; makes data-driven decisions, in a timely manner, to solve problems and propose ideas.
