Overview Note: By applying to this position, your application is automatically submitted to our Summer Internship Program openings in over 150 locations throughout the U.S TRC is seeking highly motivated and diverse Digital Business Analyst Interns for our Summer 2025 intern program out of our Seattle, WA Office. This is a paid full-time position. Anticipated duration will be from June through August 2025 (flexible). This position has the potential to transition into a Full-Time role upon graduation. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of Project Managers and Team Leaders and partner with engineers, scientists, and technologists. Responsibilities The Digital Business Analyst Intern will work to support our consulting, Project Management Office (PMO) and delivery teams to help deliver quality products to our clients. Specifically, they will bring a high-energy attitude with excellent written, analytical and organizational skills. They will work with our Senior Consultants, Project Managers and other groups within the broader TRC: Projects could include grid modernization technology roadmaps, requirements gathering and documentation, information technology (IT) / operational technology (OT) integration and execution strategies, smart grid technology deployment, and business use case creation and evaluation, and internal process improvement initiatives Will support various project tasks including: Gathering & analyzing data for project deliverables Organizing project documents, plans and timelines Researching new technologies Preparing reports, dashboards and other specifications Qualifications Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Minimum GPA of 3.0 and currently pursuing Bachelor Degree (no specific major required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Possesses solid technical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, detail orientated person Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Honest, fun, hard-working and ready to learn and grow Join our growing Intelligent Grid Solutions Team and advance your career by learning from industry-proven experts.
