Job Description
An employer in the Seattle, WA area is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee the Customer Success and Support processes and projects. This role involves managing a variety of processes to keep operations running smoothly and leading multiple projects with strict deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skills and Requirements
5-7 years' experience in project management, preferably at the enterprise elvel
Well versed in Salesforce Service
Proficient in Gainsight
Zen Desk experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience in managing complex projects with multiple dependencies null
