Aston Carter Corporate Recruiter (REMOTE) in Seattle, Washington


Full cycle recruiting with a technical background focused on all levels.

Focus on uncovering talent through native applications, passive sourcing

Account Management qualifying requisitions with hiring managers and establishing interview processes

Position delivers a high volume of qualified and diverse candidates

Guide hiring managers and applicants through the selection process

Looking for candidates that are passionate about finding great talent – a hunter, researcher at heart - with an external focus driving top performing talent

3 + years of experience

Ideal candidate is willing to jump in without a lot of handholding and needs a lot of documentation/SOPs to achieve

Experience with an ATS is required and ideally Workday

Work Environment

100% remote position, prefer PST time zone

Fast paced "production environment"

Position will report to Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager
