WHY WE THINK YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLE TMS is looking for a Contract Product Manager, North America Programs, responsible for executing and tracking product programs to support growth opportunities for the Specialty Coffee business unit. You are an experienced decorative product design creator, adept at creative product solving, maintaining detailed milestone trackers and driving deadlines with cross functional teams while managing proactive and thoughtful top tier customer service. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION Create product concepts and assortments that embrace customer program themes, briefs, and price targets. Deliver inspired designs season over season. Be an expert on decorative feasibility to ensure your innovation aligns to manufacturing capability and constraints. Manage product deliverables and create presentation materials from concept to two dimensional renderings through approved sample status, ensuring products and presentations align to customer objectives and all quality expectations and best practices. Track and report out on status of customer and internal timelines. Drive internal project timelines and deliverables in alignment with management direction and with proactive management reviews to achieve customer deadlines within our companies' global program priority, lead times and best practices. Collaborate with Account management to ensure program goals are achieved such as customer and production related deadlines, customer cost targets and gross margin expectations. Partner with the graphics team to create high quality, visually impactful power point presentations using our brand templates that showcase the product assortments while ensuring content validation and accuracy. Review artwork files for line accuracy and quality as well as alignment to the renders presented to the customer. Partner with technical product management team on sampling to ensure first time accuracy with clear communication and immediate sample reviews and feedback. Distil customer feedback with your manager as needed to resolve sample timing or execution issues prior to engagement with the technical product management team. Maintain all product development tracking tools in a timely and efficient manner ensuring all request forms are complete and accurate. Work ahead of schedule whenever possible to ensure timeline readiness or to pivot when necessary. Other duties as necessary.
