Seattle Children’s Hospital Contract Administrator - Regional Services in Seattle, Washington

Responsibilities: Responsible for the development, implementation, and daily management of Seattle Children's regional services contracts, to ensure that customer requirements are met and services operate efficiently while maximizing Seattle Children's net financial margin. #LI-JC1 Job Posting Addendum: Manage department contract workflow, including but not limited to, tracking contracts against renewal/expiration dates, initiating updates, and ensuring appropriate fund flows per contract terms. Work collaboratively with service line leaders to help draft financial terms that are consistent with the department's goals for the agreement. Work with internal and external partners to maintain ongoing contracts. In collaboration with Regional Network leadership, identify and implement process improvements including standardized templates. Requirements: Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. Minimum five (5) years experience, with related experience such as project management, contract management, or healthcare admin/analysis. Required Credentials: n/a. Preferred: Master's degree in health care administration or business administration. Experience with contracting and healthcare. Min to Max Hourly Salary: $36.75 - $55.12 /hr Min to Max Annual Salary: $76,431.00 - $114,647.00 /yr Salary Information: This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
