Responsibilities We are actively seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I fluent in Ukrainian to join the Equity, Navigation, Communication, and Healthcare Outcomes Research (ENCORE) lab in the Center for Child Health, Behavior, and Development. This key position will conduct surveys and interviews in community settings, directly with study participants who speak languages other than English. We are looking for an engaging and dynamic individual with attention to detail and passion for health equity to join our team. This position requires driving to community clinics in the surrounding area (mileage reimbursement will be provided). Requirements Required Education/Experience: - Bachelor's degree in related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Prior experience in research or a related field/setting. - Confirmed proficiency in Ukrainian via successful completion of a language assessment prior to starting employment. Preferred: Pediatric research experience. Min to Max Hourly Salary$27.61 - $41.42 /hrMin to Max Annual Salary$57,428.80 - $86,153.60 /yrSalary Information This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
