BHTJ INVESTMENT, INC. dba HONG KONG SEAFOOD DIM SUM BBQ RESTAURANT seeks CHEFS (multiple positions available) in Seattle, Washington. Our chefs will cook Chinese-styled dishes and other food including dim sum according to recipes. Prepare meats, soups, sauces, vegetables, and other food ingredients prior to cooking. Season and cook food Chinese/Asian style food according to prescribed methods. Serve portions and garnish food. Assist in ordering foodstuffs, plan menus, and develop new dishes. Supervise culinary staff.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 24 months experience as Chef, Cook, or related position cooking Chinese style dishes and food.
Salary Offered: $70,907 - $72,000 (per year).
