Trimble Business Systems Manager in Seattle, Washington

Your Title: Business Systems Manager Job Location: US-Remote Our Department: TAP and Global Services Are you a motivated and experienced Business Systems Manager ready to take on a new challenge? What You Will Do The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our business systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across multiple platforms. In this position, you'll not only be the technical expert but also a strategic partner who brings energy and enthusiasm to every interaction with stakeholders. You'll have the opportunity to deliver impactful projects that directly contribute to the bottom-line revenue for TAP and Global Services. Additionally, you'll oversee key vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance and scalability. System Management: Manage and optimize business systems, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive system improvements while ensuring all customizations are tested and deployed effectively. Vendor Management: Build strong vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with SLAs. Conduct performance reviews and address any issues to maintain high service quality. People Management: Lead and mentor a team of business systems professionals. Provide performance feedback, foster a collaborative environment, and support professional development. Project Management: Oversee system upgrades, integrations, and deployments. Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders for successful outcomes. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, streamline operations, and drive system enhancements to support business growth. What Skills & Experience You Should Bring Possess a bachelor's degree in business or technical field, or equivalent professional experience Experience in business systems management, project management and change management. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in system management and vendor relations. Proven experience in vendor management. Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
