Are you ready to join us on the journey to elevate Everywhere Work? Why We Need you! Business Systems Analyst: Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues. Should be client-focused, working in conjunction with operations stakeholders and outsourcing functions. Will include company-wide, web-enabled solutions. What You Will Be Doing: Function as a system administrator for selected tools providing structural upkeep and support Collaborate with business stakeholders to create, manage, and prioritize new requirements related to reporting, dashboards, and Third-Party applications Create or Edit Salesforce Report Types as required to satisfy reporting needs Lead testing activities with stakeholders of new/updated reports Act as a Data Steward and partner with Data Governance team to ensure Salesforce data points are managed throughout the business Design standard templates that align to sales operations needs and are the starting point for ad-hoc reporting Provide oversight of data quality and help validate outputs for accuracy and effectiveness Manage the reporting lifecycle and lead efforts to clean-up outdated reports and dashboards Identify areas for improvements in support of process, tools, and technology To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have: 3+ years in data analysis and analytics within a sales environment 2+ years working with Salesforce reports and dashboards - classic and lightning preferred Experience with sales forecasting platforms supplemental to Salesforce is preferred Extensive experience with other reporting tools (Excel, SQL, etc.) Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to achieve organizational and corporate initiatives Strong communication (verbal and written) skills with experience presenting to leade
