Translate business requirements into system definitions and solutions. Strategic partner, acting as liaison between the user community and the technical applications development staff (may include offshore staff). Resolve system problems to ensure customer processes run smoothly. Document business processes, training procedures, standard operating procedures, project status, etc. Implement system alignment with business processes. HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE Technical and implementation focus is on providing standard applications to resolve business needs/issues. Participates in identifying business system requirements and related business/application solutions for a specific business need. Gathers customer requirements for customized system solutions and provides alternative solutions. Writes and maintains system documentation Provides training and support directly to internal customers. Required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs. Other duties as assigned WHAT YOU'LL BRING Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure Generally requires BS Degree or equivalent work experience Typically have 2-4 years of directly related experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs) Has basic knowledge of general business environment/operation and has general cost benefit awareness. Thorough understanding of how different types of documents are used in an escrow settlement transaction. Solid working knowledge of standard features/functions of FAST Document Repository. Good written and oral communication skills in order to define parameters to meet business requirements. Identifies/receives problem, researches alternatives, prepares presentations, drives solutions, tests to confirm, gains consensus, and implements solutions for defined business processes. Creates documentation of business processes, training procedures, and standard operating procedures. Standard Microsoft Office skill set. Pay Range: $65,600 - $109,200 Annually This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
