We are in the search for a part-time Business Analyst to join our team, based in Seattle, Washington. As a Business Analyst, you will be engaged in the collection and analysis of operational and financial data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while collaborating with team members. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The role will be a hybrid depending on the needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement methods to collect operational and financial data

• Ensure the continuous improvement and updating of data systems and recurring reports

• Analyze data patterns to pinpoint issues and propose potential improvements

• Work closely with team members to maintain data accuracy and integrity

• Monitor and report on operation's performance through tracking KPIs

• Address data-related issues and ensure resolution to maintain accuracy and integrity

• Construct and manage dashboard reporting for key stakeholders

• Communicate with clients regarding data-related inquiries and issues

• Investigate any variances in data and report findings.

Requirements • Proficient in KPI Reporting with the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret meaningful metrics

• Expertise in External Reporting to aid decision-making processes and stakeholder management

• Strong understanding and experience in the Finance sector

• Ability to Investigate Variance in data, identifying discrepancies and providing solutions

• Demonstrated experience in Data Analysis, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

• Exceptional Client Communications skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with stakeholders and understand their needs.
