JLL Assistant Site Operations Manager in Seattle, Washington
What this job involves: As an Assistant Site Manager at JLL, you'll support the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, with a focus on coordinating vendor activities and ensuring service quality. You'll assist in maintaining site standards, addressing operational issues, and supporting the implementation of site-specific strategies to meet client needs. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Assisting in the coordination and supervision of hard and soft services vendors on site Conducting routine site inspections to ensure vendor compliance with service agreements Supporting the Site Manager in vendor performance reviews and quality assessments Helping to resolve day-to-day operational issues and vendor-related concerns Collecting and organizing data for site performance reports and analyses Assisting in the implementation of site-specific operational procedures and protocols Participating in safety and compliance initiatives to maintain a secure work environment Liaising between vendors, on-site staff, and the Site Manager to facilitate communication Desired experience and technical skills: Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in facility management, operations, or related field 1-3 years of experience in vendor management and service level agreements Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic familiarity with facility management software Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field Experience in a customer-facing role within a corporate or commercial setting Familiarity with common building systems and maintenance practices Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in a workplace setting Experience with data collection and basic reporting Understanding of sustainable practices in facility management Exposure to project management principles JLL Is an Equal Opportunity Employer JLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
