Description
We are offering an exciting contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Seattle, Washington. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be tasked with managing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer inquiries. This role also requires constant monitoring of customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. This role will be completely onsite.
Responsibilities
• Efficiently process customer credit applications utilizing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
• Maintain and reconcile customer credit records on a regular basis.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to Accounts Receivable.
• Monitor customer accounts on an ongoing basis and take appropriate action as needed.
• Handle billing functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
• Manage cash activity, including deposits via Lockbox.
• Use accounting software systems, particularly SAP Business One, for various accounting functions.
• Reconcile credit card payments and record transactions.
• Use Excel for various tasks, including the use of VLOOKUPS and basic formulas.
• Manage some transactions via Shopify, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Familiarity with Accounting Functions
• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience in Billing Functions
• Ability to manage Cash Activity
• Experience in Cash Handling
