Lynden Incorporated Technical Support Specialist, Sr. - DF666 in SeaTac, Washington

*Lynden Incorporated is seeking a Technical Support Specialist, Sr., to work as part of our SeaTac based team. *In this role youll configure, install, and support a variety of end user computing devices including desktops, laptops, rugged mobile terminals, mobile phones, cameras, printers, meeting, and collaboration equipment, and IoT devices. This position is not safety sensitive.

- - Install, assemble, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network services as it relates to the desktops, servers, printers, and mobile computing environment.

- - Prioritize and respond to incidents escalated from the Help Desk. Provides Help Desk coverage when required and participates in an on-call rotation to support a 24x7x365 production environment.

- - Perform computer diagnostics and repairs via phone, chat, remote control, or in person. Identifies and analyzes problems using knowledge of established protocols, diagnostic tools, expertise of peers or other resources.

- - Complete and maintain required documentation for hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting activities. Record and maintain company hardware and software asset information.

- - Consult with and makes recommendations to end users on selection of hardware and software products to address business requirements.

- - Assist with the testing, research, and acquisition of new or upgraded hardware systems.
