As a High-Volume Customer Service Representative, you will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls regarding client accounts, answer any questions, update account information, and provide customer support in a professional banking setting. These High-Volume Customer Service Representative positions require a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of high-volume call center experience, and flexibility 7 days a week as shifts will vary based on client needs.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
