CP Skin Health Group is looking for a Senior Manager, Inside Sales to lead and execute the strategy and sales success of our inside sales group. This person will be responsible for managing sales activities and leading a team of sales professionals who will be dedicated to meeting or exceeding sales objectives and enhancing the stature of PCA Skin and EltaMD.
This position is expected to work on a hybrid model out of our Scottsdale, AZ office.
What you will do:
Lead the sales team with top-level support to provide continuous improvements to systems, strategies, and team development
Manage the inside sales team with high-level support in regards to ROE, sales goals, strategy, coaching, approvals, employee retention
Evaluate needs for individual teams, design and implement tools to increase visibility and productivity
Coach and mentor Inside Sales Manager to provide professional development, align initiatives, training and provide support for respective teams
Identify strategic initiatives within ISR/IAM teams to increase customer engagement/revenue - targeted call lists, promotions, etc.
Analyze call statistics (wait time, dispositions, avg talk time, abandonment rate etc) and make continuous improvements as needed
Monitor customer survey responses to ensure level of customer satisfaction
Handle customer escalations, communicate acct closures when warranted and flag accounts for diversion and report to MAP team
Conduct weekly Inside sales strategy meetings
Design monthly/quarterly sales contests and team builders to motivate sales team
Collaborate with finance and Pro Marketing team design, approve and communicate monthly/quarterly promotional offerings
Attend monthly meetings with RM team/marketing/Educatinon/Senior Director to align sales departments and overall strategy
Collaborate with Marketing to create and execute launch promotions for all pro sales
Work with Technical Support Specialist to escalate/prioritize Website issues
Provide direction of new processes and system implementation that will increase efficiencies within the sales team for the benefit of the company
Approve account re-assignments and monthly recuts
Manage all P Card purchases, code and submit expense report monthly
interview candidates and coordinate onboarding for respective teams
Partner with HR to determine headcount distribution, employee development opportunities
Set monthly sales goals for ISR, IAM departments
Review quarterly comp exceptions and roll up to Finance and HR for approval
Check for accuracy and distribute quarterly sales compensation breakdown
Approve PTO and manage timecards for respective teams
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years proven sales experience - ideally in an inside call center environment, or in field based selling within aesthetics/skincare
5+ years of hiring, training and coaching a sales team
Documented sales success in a B2B of medical sales environment
Demonstrated experience defining the structure of a sales organization and leading the team to achieve results
Experience with systems that support tracking sales data and proven analytic skills
Ability to integrate and apply complex figures, data and information into potential sales models
Proficient in excel and additional analytical programs; must possess the ability to analyze a set of data efficiently
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; must be comfortable speaking in front of audiences and/or presenting to internal stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Esthetician License
Experience working in skincare, dermatology, aesthetics
Bilingual
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $115,000.00 - $144,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
