Position Summary This role will be based out of the Scottsdale, AZ office. Three day in-office required.

The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for a variety of tasks that support the operations and disbursement functions of the Pharmacy Payments department.

The Pharmacy Payment team is responsible for : C oordinating EFT set-ups, 835 electronic remittance file set-ups , returned mail , check voids/stops/re-issues , mailing remittance advices and checks, positive pay , record retention , and metrics reporting. Additional functions as needed.

Support internal/external production or audit requests and resolve payment issues.

Streamlines processes for improved efficiencies and controls while delivering superior service to internal and external customers.

Coordinate third party payment vendor issues and related resolution.

Comply with financial controls in support of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), prompt pay laws, company policies, and other financial audit processes and initiatives.

Supports team with the development and implementation of application enhancements/controls and process improvements.

Complete ad-hoc projects as requested.

Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a finance and customer servicesetting (financial operation or institution is accepted) Preferred Qualifications Use the following systems: SAP, AS400, RECAP, Excel & banking systems. Education

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
