Enterprise Technical Architect needed by Blue Yonder, Inc. in Scottsdale AZ.

DUTIES: Provide technical leadership to work and improve performance for Blue Yonder Products and SaaS-delivered solutions. Duties include: responsible for architectural planning and design with a specialization in performance engineering, solution optimization, capacity analysis, and performance tuning; design, develop, and execute Performance Load Tests utilizing JMeter, Groovy and Python to simulate workloads and measure throughput and response times of Blue Yonder Solutions; analyze the technical and solution architecture and make recommendations to optimize system performance; provide technical support to the implementation teams, including best practice design, environment setup, and configuration; utilize performance monitoring and profiling tools to detect, isolate and, resolve performance issues; assist in analysis, redesign, and recommendations to improve application code, database queries, scripts, and integrations; troubleshoot escalated production issues to assist the Consulting, Cloud, and Support Teams in a timely manner; act as the liaison to Product Development and Consulting/Support/Cloud teams; provide Inputs to Project Managers/Client Partner for developing project plans and ensuring delivery consistent with the project estimates provided; and lead collaborative efforts across teams to improve customer success including critical problem analysis, identification of performance bottlenecks, and establishing recommendations on the technical design, configuration, and Performance best practices of Blue Yonder solutions and databases to meet the customer\'s business requirements.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors (or foreign equivalent) degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Performance Analyst, Performance Engineer, Software Architect, Technical Architect, or a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience involving each of the following:

1. Performance testing and tuning;
2. Performance Execution and Monitoring tools, including JMeter, AppDynamics, Splunk, Permon, Fiddler, WireShark, AppDynamics, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Oracle DB Analysis, and SQL Tuning;
3. Python; and
4. supply chain management.

Telecommute role, may work remotely from anywhere in the US.
