Aerotek Administrative Support Coordinator in Scottsdale, Arizona

Description:

The Administrative Support Coordinator role will primarily be responsible for order fulfillment. This role will be responsible for entering orders as sales are made and processing credit card payments. Must understand and be comfortable comparing Purchase Orders and invoices to find and correct errors. Also, must arrange product shipments and track lost packages for customers. This role requires an individual to have a vast amount of experience in customer service and knowledge in a software called 'QuickBooks' or similar accounting platforms. This role will have instances that require you to provide customer resolution and assist with product information.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-2+ years of customer service experience -Must have knowledge of QUICKBOOKS or similar accounting platforms -Knowledge with word and experienced with taking inbound calls regarding customer resolution and assisting with purchases
