Position Opportunity
In this incredible opportunity, you will collaborate with a high-energy, driven team as you build a solid foundation in sales and operations. You will have the chance to focus on your career growth and personal development while learning from established managers and successful teams within Martin. Upon completing the program, you will transition into a sales-related position at one of our numerous locations in the U.S. This program is designed to fast-track your development into a leader at Martin.
In the Martin Elevate Program, you will:
Complete our in-house sales training program. You will concentrate on the instruction and practical application for Martin Products, Manufacturing, Company Operating Systems, Sales, Corporate Functions, and other necessary skills to run our business.
This is a salaried, non-commission position with full benefits and an excellent 401K plan.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Bachelor's degree or associate degree preferred studies.
1-2 years of sales/customer service experience preferred
Willingness to travel for 6-12 months and relocate to one of Martin's locations in your preferred region; must be open to relocation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong commitment to customer service.
Must be able to train, learn, and grow in a team environment.
Independent ability to evaluate situations, solve problems, and make decisions.
Versatility to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Computer proficiency and organizational skills.
