Position Summary:

Role Responsibilities:
Analyze and collaborate with team members to determine and document business requirements
Drive and support the successful implementation of IT solutions to meet business needs
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with teams from different departments to develop and implement project plans
Provide guidance and support to junior team members
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Previous experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment
Must have industry work experience with implementing SAP S/4HANA
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver results
